$1 Million Dean’s Society Challenge
For decades, the Dean’s Society has served as one of the most prestigious alumni groups at the University of Chicago and has led the way in supporting the Annual Fund for Chicago Booth. The Dean’s Society is a community of generous Booth alumni whose gifts account for the majority of dollars raised for the Annual Fund each year.
To make an even larger impact and ensure the continuation of this support, Annual Fund gifts from members of the Council have been pooled to leverage a $1,000,000 two-year challenge to incentivize donors to join the Dean's Society. In year one, $250,000 will be awarded if 600 donors give at the Dean's Society level by December 2016. In year two, an additional $250,000 will be awarded if the goal of 750 Dean's Society donors is attained in 2017. A bonus of $500,000 will be awarded if 1,000 or more donors give at the Dean's Society level in a single year.

|2016||600 donor goal||$250,000||COMPLETE|
